We guarantee freshness for 48 hours. If your arrangement doesn't meet our high standards upon delivery, reach out at [email protected] within 24 hours. We'll make it right. It's that simple.
2. Delivery & Timelines
Toronto traffic is legendary, but our couriers are faster. Our delivery window typically spans from 9 AM to 6 PM. Can't wait? Choose our 'Priority Petal' service during checkout.
If the recipient isn't home, we'll look for a secure spot or a friendly neighbor. We won't leave flowers in extreme weather – nobody likes a frozen peony or a wilted lily.
3. The Art of Substitution
Nature doesn't always follow a schedule. Occasionally, a specific bloom might be unavailable due to seasonal shifts. Don't worry, our lead designers will swap it for something equally stunning.
